Summary: The Field Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining technical equipment at Lucky Strike Entertainment centers, including arcade games, laser tag, IT systems, and voice/data technology. This role involves training and supporting center staff, performing equipment installation and maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and deploying innovative technologies. The Area Technology Manager ensures asset tracking, provides technical analysis, and supports enterprise-wide initiatives. With a focus on customer service and team development, the ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including troubleshooting networks and computer equipment, and must adapt to dynamic schedules, working with a high sense of urgency.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $80,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
