SUMMARY: The Facility Manager in Training is primarily responsible for the operation of pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes and other facility equipment at the highest level of operating proficiency. In addition, the Facility Manager in Training assists with planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades, and performs administrative, logistic or other duties as assigned. The Facility Manager in Training must provide leadership and vision to the center staff in support of Bowlero Corp’s mission and values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: B-Mechanic(s), C-Mechanic(s)
QUALIFICATIONS: Facility Managers in Training must possess a strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills to include high integrity and respect for everyone. The Facility Manager in Training must demonstrate solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation for diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.). The Facility Manager in Training must possess an ability to work in a team environment with shared responsibilities and must possess a strong desire to grow and help develop the technical staff.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Bowling center environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance. The noise level is typical for bowling.

The approximate pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 hr. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
