    SUMMARY: The Marketing Operations Coordinator will operate as lead facilitator of all marketing department operations. This includes managing communications interdepartmentally, budget and invoicing support, assisting with process and operations,  and management of traditional vendor relationships and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, attention-to-detail and strong time management skills, as well as strong communication skills. This role would be best suited for someone with a background as an executive assistant, office manager or project manager, who is passionate about creating efficiency across a variety of workstreams. Culturally, we are looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude who is willing to take initiative and excited to support the marketing team in a fast-paced, growing company.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Operate as the point person for all incoming/outgoing communication to the Marketing team
    • Support administrative tasks for entire marketing department inclusive of setting up meetings, liaison, routing requests, etc.
    • Identify, define and implement workflow optimizations to drive operational efficiencies within marketing team
    • Oversee and facilitate requests received from external teams, working across departments to develop clear requirements and support plans
    • Collaborate with creative team traffic creative asks and ensure productivity across teams
    • Assist in developing and managing communications schedule for both internal and external partners
    • Support the development of quarterly recaps for field operations
    • Vendor management, including development of requirements, routing deliverables for approval, QA, managing and maintenance of final assets.
    • Oversee digital file organization and maintenance of marketing server
    • Create purchase orders and process invoices from all marketing vendors 

    QUALIFICATIONS: The Marketing Operations Coordinator must have a highly developed sense of organization and interpersonal skills, including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.).

     

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, Finance, Operations, or related field strongly preferred
    • Preference given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, project management, operations, logistics, administrative support, office management, etc.
    • Excellent ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Has willingness to learn and assist with above-and-beyond projects, as needed
    • Team player
