WHO YOU ARE
You’re an experienced chef with a highly developed sense of customer service, great interpersonal/communication skills, and a high-level of profit and loss capability. You take accountability for your team (like any great leader) and your organizational skills are second to none. Our centers are fast-paced, high-volume retail environments that are as demanding to work in as they are rewarding. You’ll be leading a team of lead cooks, cooks, dishwashers, and servers, and will report to and support your center’s General Manager on all matters food-related. Experience prepping catered events or presenting food for other special events is desirable, but not essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Train/support center staff and service amusement (arcade games, laser tag) and technical equipment in Bowlero centers that require installation, inspection, repair, replacement, rotation and preventative maintenance
- Provide advice for testing and deployment of computer field technology
- Deploy computers, communications equipment and other associated voice and data technology as well as support enterprise-wide initiatives at new or remodeled center hardware installs and application rollouts
- Ensure proper asset tracking
- Use software and hardware to provide technical analysis and troubleshooting for various computer technologies such as IT communications, Point of Sale computers, mobile devices, printers, networks, cabling, servers and associated voice and data systems
- Offer assistance to Bowlero centers by studying system requirements, including ordering and gathering essential components and parts, completing the installation, and performing quality assurance tests
- Handle assigned tasks through a proprietary incident and request management systems and provide regular reports to management on work performed
- Assist centers in the selection and presentation of prizes at the redemption counters by determining the merchandise to be stocked
- Train center staff in various repairs, preventative maintenance and revenue optimization techniques
- Operate company vehicle
- Train and supervise center staff in the proper Bowlero Corporation service standards
- Implement and perform all existing, new and revised Bowlero service standards or standard operating procedures that are related to your area
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs and being able to respond to immediate issues such as down centers

The Area Technology Manager must be a strong team player, a people developer, and have a high level of profit and loss capabilities
- Experience in trouble shooting network issues, network testing, tracing and installing network cables, etc.
- High-level ability to test, troubleshoot, service, and repair computer equipment
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work schedules and flexible shifts by working with a high sense of urgency

- Valid driver’s license
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 5+ years’ experience in a service or technical support role with some exposure to Arcade Game Room Operations, Electronics and Mechanical Repairs. Technical degree or certification strongly preferred.

SUMMARY: The Facility Manager in Training is primarily responsible for the operation of pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes and other facility equipment at the highest level of operating proficiency. In addition, the Facility Manager in Training assists with planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades, and performs administrative, logistic or other duties as assigned. The Facility Manager in Training must provide leadership and vision to the center staff in support of Bowlero Corp’s mission and values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.
- Assists in the day-to-day management of the bowling center from a technical perspective.
- Trains lower level Mechanics (B and C) in Bowlero Corp machine area safety procedures and Bowlero Corp standards of operation for bowling equipment, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensures Bowlero Corp’s operational compliance with appropriate laws and policies to include OSHA safety practices and procedures.
- Suggests improvements to facility and equipment systems to improve performance and reduce environmental impact and cost.
- Improves and updates current inventory system; keeps inventory current.
- Obtains bids for regular and emergency repairs/maintenance of the facility in accordance with the budget proposal.
- Monitors/maintains machine stop records and stop summaries to determine necessary repairs.
- Identifies and suggests repairs and replacements of malfunctioning bowling equipment with final approvals from General Manager, District Manager or Area Manager as appropriate.
- Monitors and schedules regular maintenance of the HVAC system, roof, plumbing system, electrical system, life/safety and other building systems.
- Performs maintenance and repair tasks.
- Updates the Bowlero Corp preventative maintenance charts for the bowling center equipment as posted, (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
- Ensures that high scoring lane conditions meet and align with USBC specifications.
- Keeps a clean and organized workshop.
- Facility Managers in Training must successfully complete the Bowlero Corp B- and C-Mechanic training programs for the machine type in their assigned center, as well as any other training programs developed for their position.
- Ability to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays, as well as, extended workdays to support business needs.
